Supplies:

Styrofoam Cup

Felt

Hot Glue

Ribbon

Cardstock

Scissors or Exacto knife

Cut the rim off the cup... Cut cup to the highth you want your hat...

Glue felt to cup...

Cut a piece of cardstock and felt to fit to rim of cup...

Glue card stock to rim...

Glue felt to cardstock...

Cut felt to go around edge of rim...

Glue felt to rim...

Trim felt on cup...

Cut felt in circle to go on the open part of cup...

Glue circle to open part of cup and trim...

Glue top of cup to the felt covered rim...

Glue ribbon on to hat...

Add anything you want onto your hat...

I am thining about glueing mine to a headband and wearing it to a Mad Hatter Tea Party... But you can use as decoration or anything else you can think of... :-)
